                                        GOODSJACK Attended the 2023 International Automotive Composites Innovation Seminar

Since 2017, China International Composites Exhibition has followed the development trend of the industry and successfully held five "International Automotive Composite Materials Innovation Experience Day" series of activities. The organizers have targeted the latest application examples of automotive composite materials around the world and strive to introduce internationally advanced concepts, products, technologies and projects to the audience.

                                          Carbon fiber composite hydroforming

A total of nearly 100 innovative automotive composite products were displayed at the exhibition. Goodsjack/Delishi Hydraulic Press Machinery was invited to attend this meeting, and we benefited a lot from the on-site exchanges and communication with our peers.

                                         Carbon fiber composite hydroforming

Carbon fiber composite hydroforming products are lightweight, high-strength, and fatigue-resistant. Therefore, carbon fiber composite materials (CFRP) are widely used in the automotive industry to achieve lightweight vehicles. The lightweight body can also move the center of gravity of the vehicle downward, improving vehicle handling stability and safety.
At present, although some exhibition cars in China have implemented the application of CFRP in parts of the automobile body and some parts, overall it is still in the development stage. In contrast, large foreign car companies such as Audi and BMW have carried out a large number of verifications and implemented applications in CFRP body applications.
